Private Day Tour - Booking Notes

1. Child Pricing Standard
Applicable guests: Children with a height of 1.4 meters or below, or under 12 years old.
2. Price Includes
Private vehicle seat: In accordance with transportation regulations, every passenger, including infants and children, must occupy a legal seat. This fee includes vehicle usage, fuel, tolls, and parking fees for the full-day itinerary.

Driver-guide service: Includes the professional guiding service and on-trip assistance provided by your dedicated driver-guide throughout the day.

Travel insurance package: Includes full Yunnan travel package insurance for children.

3. Price Excludes - Pay On Site As Applicable
Attraction tickets: As child ticket policies vary across scenic areas in Yunnan, such as the Stone Forest, Jiuxiang, and Western Hills, and may be free of charge or half price depending on the attraction, child pricing does not include attraction admission tickets. To ensure fair and accurate payment, your driver-guide will assist you in purchasing tickets at the ticket office based on the child's actual height or age and the latest local policy.

In-park transportation: Child tickets for shuttle carts, cable cars, boat rides, and other in-park transportation are not included. In many cases, children under 1.2 meters may be exempt, subject to local policy.

Meals: If lunch is included in the itinerary, children may share the meal with their parents. If a separate meal is required, the cost shall be borne by the guest.

Important Friendly Reminders
ID documents: All scenic areas in Yunnan implement real-name ticketing. Please make sure to carry the child's original ID card, household registration booklet, or passport. Otherwise, the child may not be eligible for discounted ticket policies and may be required to purchase a full adult ticket.

Height limits: Even if a child is booked under the child rate, if the child's height is 1.4 meters or above, the scenic area may require the purchase of a full adult ticket upon entry.

Child safety seat: Our private tours are family-friendly. If your child is young and requires a child safety seat, please inform us in advance at the time of booking. We will arrange one free of charge or subject to the applicable policy.

Guest count confirmation: Please fill in the exact number of travelers when placing the order, including infants and toddlers. If the actual number of passengers exceeds the booked number and results in vehicle overloading, the driver has the right to refuse departure in accordance with traffic regulations, and any resulting loss shall be borne by the guest.

Private Day Tour - Service Standards

I. What's Included

Private Vehicle Service
Exclusive private vehicle service throughout the day. Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of travelers. Vehicle usage, fuel, tolls, and parking fees are included.

Driver-Guide Service
Professional driver-guide service throughout the itinerary, including local guidance assistance and on-trip coordination. The driver-guide will escort guests to scenic areas but may not accompany guests inside every attraction unless specifically stated in the itinerary.

Attraction Admission Tickets
Admission tickets to the attractions specifically listed as included in the itinerary are covered. If certain attractions require separate on-site payment or optional in-park transportation, this will be stated in advance on the product page.

Travel Insurance
Travel agency liability insurance is included. Guests are strongly advised to purchase personal travel accident insurance separately.

Meals Not Specified
Meals are not included unless clearly stated in the itinerary or product description.

Optional Activities
Optional self-paid experiences, secondary in-park transportation, and any expenses not clearly listed as included are not covered.

Personal Expenses
Personal expenses such as beverages, shopping, souvenirs, and any discretionary spending are not included.

Tips
Tips for the driver-guide are not included. Any gratuity is voluntary and at the guest's discretion.

Force Majeure Costs
Additional expenses caused by force majeure events such as transportation delays, severe weather, road closures, or temporary attraction shutdowns are not included.

III. Important Notes

Booking & Confirmation
1. Guests should provide accurate travel information when placing the order, including the number of travelers and the selected departure date.
2. If a child safety seat is required, please inform us in advance when booking.
3. The exact pickup time will be confirmed before departure according to the itinerary and traffic conditions.

Itinerary Adjustments
1. The sequence of attractions may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, crowd control, or temporary scenic-area arrangements, provided that the overall experience is not reduced.
2. If guests request temporary route changes or additional stops during the trip, extra charges may apply depending on distance, waiting time, or ticket differences.

Safety & Travel Requirements
1. Guests should carry valid identification documents during the trip. Children should also carry valid ID documents where required.
2. Guests with health conditions that may affect travel should inform us in advance.
3. Please follow the driver-guide's timing arrangements to ensure the smooth operation of the day itinerary.
