Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (via email). The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the date we receive your notification relative to the departure date:

  • More than 7 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees already paid to third parties, such as specific flight or train tickets).

  • 6 to 4 days before departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 3 to 1 days before departure: 40% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Day of departure or No-Show: 60% of the total tour cost will be charged. No refunds will be given for failure to join the tour on the day of departure.

Note: If the actual loss incurred by us (including non-refundable flights, hotels, and visa fees) exceeds the percentages above, you will be liable for the actual cost.

2. Cancellation by LYNXTOUR
We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient enrollment (minimum 1 person required) or operational issues. In such cases:

  • We will notify you at least 7 days prior to departure.

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

  • In accordance with our service standards, we may offer additional compensation for last-minute cancellations initiated by us, consistent with local regulations.

3. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, flight cancellations due to weather), we will do our best to reschedule your trip or recover refunds from suppliers. However, any unrecoverable costs (e.g., non-refundable flights) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
