I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Lynxtour for making my Rozita Md Amin and my friend Azlina Yahya's trip to China, Province of Yunnan a very interesting and extraordinary experience. Each itinerary was arranged perfectly, while our trip was planned very well. Our tour guide in China, Ms. Darling, who was very cute, although still young, was very experienced and had in-depth knowledge of historical places in China. 1st time travel China Yunnan with Lynxtour from 27 Dec till 6 Jan 2026. We have good experienced with tour leader Mun Mun and China tour guide Liu. Both provide good and friendly services. My hubby was sick during this trip. However both were helpful and brought hubby to hospital. Their caring, friendly reminder, informative, detailed always bring us warm welcome. We would like give big applause to Mun Mun and China tour leader Liu. Well done and good job."
Their service and organisation really stand out! A few things that impressed me: They provided a WiFi router with VPN, so we could access Facebook, Google, etc. even in China! Personalised luggage tags with our names on them — such a nice touch. Our Singapore guide Wendy sent us an SMS every night with hotel room numbers, next day's weather, schedule, and morning call time. Super organised! Both guides — Wendy and Jennifer (春莲) — were caring, informative, and professional throughout. They ensured everyone was comfortable, well-fed, and safe. No one in our group of 24 had altitude or stomach issues, which says a lot about how well-prepared they were. Lynxtour has definitely left a great impression on me — they'll be at the top of my list for future holidays!
I really can't say anything but positive thoughts about my experience with Lynxtour. In particular TL Dewi n Hani plus the local guide Ling the Darling. They made the trip more memorable plus the others in the group. The food was in abundance n the hotel very comfortable. Insyaallah if opportunity arise we will travel with Lynxtour again.
